iSucceed is proud to announce that Phil Immel, the number one Prudential agent in iSucceed’s hometown of Orange County, California for 2004, has joined its Mentor faculty and will soon be sharing his unique real estate tips and strategies. Phil joins an elite group of over 150 top agents from across the nation who regularly share the secrets to their success with iSucceed’s members.
Originally from Chicago, Phil moved to San Diego in 1975 to major in real estate at San Diego State University. He got his start in the industry at the age of 19, when he managed a Coldwell Banker office with 45 agents. At 28, Phil was promoted to the National Headquarters and became the youngest Vice President in Coldwell Banker history. He was instrumental in significantly improving related services including mortgage, title, escrow and relocation.
Phil now leads Laguna Beach, California’s Immel Team, specializing in Orange County’s most exclusive luxury and waterfront homes. He resides in Laguna Niguel with his wife Nicole, daughter Torie, and sons Ryan and Blake. Selling real estate is his passion, and he has been the recipient of numerous awards, including recognition as the #1 Prudential agent in Orange County, California. Additionally, he has been ranked in the top 10 in the United States of out 45,000 Prudential agents.
